Description:

Incisor growth was studied in three species of voles: Clethrionomys glareolus (Schreber, 1780) (C.g.), Microtus agrestis (Linnaeus, 1761) (M. ag.) and Microtus arvalis (Pallas, 1779) (M. ar.). All animals were given tetracycline hydrochloride intramusculary or per os, and were anaesthetized or killed on the 9-14 day after treatment. Longitudinal and cross ground sections and cross sections stained with hematoxyline were investigated.
