 abstract={Although Lithuania and Belarus belong to two different military political camps and economic alliances, their political and economic cooperation has seen continuous expansion without major tensions and disturbances. Lithuania seeks to ensure that the sanctions of the EU do not have a negative impact on their mutual relations. From the perspective of Minsk, Lithuanian foreign policy was more predictable than of other neighbouring countries belonging to NATO and EU.},
