He was a favourite figure of these villages’ residents. He was commonly known as “Jakub Pif\-Paf”. He lived between 1865 and 1920 and came from a peasant family. He did not work anywhere – he subsisted on his quick wits and charity. Jakub from Kokoszyce is still the talk of the entire neighbourhood. There are many interesting and amusing stories about him"]
