The relationship between the operon stucture and expression level for other heterologous proteins is compared with that of IFN-gamma. In particular, the shape of ribosome bindingsite (RBS) region and its affected different nucleotide substitutions are presented.The rule of N-terminal and C-terminal end changes for protein stability and inclusion bodyformation is also shown.}, title={Ekspresja genów heterologicznych w Escherichia coli na modelowo ujętym przykładzie interferonu gamma}, type={Text}, URL={http://rcin.org.pl/Content/146114/PDF/POZN271_181584_biotechnologia-1997-no2-cieslikowski.pdf}, keywords={biotechnology}, }
