The primary data source was the List of Traditional Food Products maintained since 2005 by the Polish Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, supplemented with Polish EU-certified products with designated geographical origin (PDO, PGI). In total, 2,117 traditional food products were mapped. Most had a regional range, with major concentrations in Silesia (Śląsk), including Cieszyn Silesia (Śląsk Cieszyński), Kashubia (Kaszuby), Greater Poland (Wielkopolska), and Kuyavia (Kujawy). Although the spatial ranges of traditions differed across product categories, the three largest groups—prepared dishes, meat products, and bakery and confectionery products—showed similar distribution patterns. The List of Traditional Food Products proved to be broad, internally diverse, and methodologically inconsistent. Rather than reflecting the full richness of culinary traditions, it represents their operational interpretation by stakeholders engaged in promoting traditional food. The mapping revealed the spatial dimension of the reported traditional products, which has not been analyzed in the existing literature. It may serve as a platform for interpreting and communicating food heritage, as well as an element of consumer education and a tool supporting the development of food tourism.}, title={Czy produkt tradycyjny ma współrzędne?
