The essence of the method is in determining the proximity of the real community towards the standard one, the latter elaborated so that it is representative for the ecosystem of given type. The survey, the assessment of the natural value and the evaluation of the anthropopressure are all based on the test describing epigeic communities of invertebrates with the use of seven indices: I.
