The new species is reported from the Jiulongshan Formation (Middle Jurassic), in Daohugou Village, Shantou Town, Ningcheng County, Inner Mongolia, China. It clearly belongs to Pachymeridiidae by Sc, R and M diverging at a single point and presence costal fracture.
