 abstract={In the present article I focus primarily on Józef Piłsudski’s attitude towards France and his vision of the Polish-French alliance. I discuss this subject in the context of the Polish foreign policy. I also highlight the attitudes of the French side towards the Polish marshal. I address the functioning of the Polish-French alliance itself to a lesser extent, although I do touch upon these issues too.},
