 abstract={In recent years, the eff orts of the Polish authorities to locate the permanent military base of the United States Armed Forces in the territory of the Republic of Poland have intensified. Poland came out with a very ambitious proposal to locate the U.S. armoured division and build ‘Fort Trump’ on its territory. It has not yet been implemented, but the United States is gradually increasing its military presence on Polish territory.},
