 abstract={A 51-year-old patient with suspected polymyositis was examined. A biopsy of quadriceps sinisterwas performed.Muscle fibers of varying diameter, showing signs of contractile apparatus damage were visible. Insome of them also breaks in the nuclear envelope were observed.Numerous fat dropletslocated sub-membranous were seen.Muscle fibers characterized by accumulation of cell nuclei were observed.Microscopic image of the biopsy suggests diagnosis of limb-girdle muscular dystrophy.},
