Date of the sample collection: April 1, 2004. Muscle: biceps sin. Most of the muscle fibers are of the correct diameter, single smaller ones, clearly visible in H-E staining, irregular small, multi-shaped defects showing a different “pink” color in the Gomori trichrome. In numerous fibers, the displacement of the nuclei towards the center of the fibers is visible. In staining with diaphoresis and LDH, numerous activity concentration of various sizes and shapes are visible, mainly in type 2 fibers. In DHB staining, losses of activity corresponding to enzymatic concentrations in NADH and LDH. In the ATP-asa staining at pH 9.4 in type 2 fibers, numerous minor losses in activity within the fibers. In ATPase staining with pH 4.3, activity losses in single type 1 fibers. Conclusions: the image may correspond to myopathy with a disorder of sarcomere proteins, requires evaluation in M-E.}, title={Files for neuromuscular diseases (2004) - nr 6/04}, type={Text}, URL={http://rcin.org.pl/Content/135792/PDF/6_04%20.pdf}, keywords={Myopathy - disorder sarcomere protein}, }
