The cultures were transferred to the storage room immediately after the subculture or after one-weekincubation in the growth chamber. A part of the shoots was cold-hardened forone week. Almost all the shoots survived 24 months of storage. The shootsstored on the medium containing BAP formed shoots during storage. Shootmultiplication was poor during the first passage, especially in the result of 24months storage. Time of transfer and hardening did not influence multiplicationcapacity instantly.}, type={Text}, title={Effect of 6-benzylaminopurine, cold-hardening and time of transferof cultures to the storage room on long-term storage of raspberry‘Mailing Seedling’ shoots in vitro}, URL={http://rcin.org.pl/Content/138909/PDF/POZN271_174191_biotechnologia-2001-no3-lisek.pdf}, keywords={biotechnology}, }
