Stanley on the White medium with addition of 15% sucrose. The nucellusesexcised from the fertilized ovules were cultivated on Norstog medium with addition of 3,4% sucrose. The process of fertilization after pollination in the in vitro condition was determined on the basis of the paraffin cross-sections: thedegeneration of synergid after entering the pollen tube, the fertilization of eggcell were confirmed. The microscopic observations showed the swelling ofmicropylar part of nucellus. The paraffin cross-sections showed a many-layerkalotka (peculiar morphological structure) and swelled cells of nucellus amongwhich the embryo sac was observed. The presence of embryo without endosperm or the presence of endosperm without embryo in the embryo sac wasnoted.}, type={Text}, title={Early stages of embryogenesis after fertilization in in vitro condition}, URL={http://rcin.org.pl/Content/139250/PDF/POZN271_174615_biotechnologia-2001-no2-dziedzic.pdf}, keywords={biotechnology}, }
