Generally, bacteriocins are produced duringthe logarithmic or stationary phase of growth. The culturing conditions influence both the amount of bacteriocin production as well as their antibacterial activity. In the paper numerousexamples of culturing requirements for individual bacteriocins production are presented.}, type={Text}, title={Produkcja bakteriocyn przez bakterie mlekowe}, URL={http://rcin.org.pl/Content/142815/PDF/POZN271_178146_biotechnologia-1999-no2-sip.pdf}, keywords={biotechnology}, }
