The investigated soils sampled fromfive reloading stations of liquid fuels represented conditions of medium and low eontaminatlon.The concentration of total petroleum hydrocarbons ranged from 2 g/kg of diy matter to 14 g/kgof dry matter of soil and the number of viable petroleum degrading bacteria was at the rangeof 6 X 10^ to 2,4 X 10® per 100 g of soil. It was assumed that the number of bacteria capableof degrading petroleum hydrocai'bons at the soil from selected station increased with the oilconcentration. The type of hydrocarbons applied in the mineral medium greatly influenced theresults of bacteriological examinations.}, type={Text}, title={Chemical and bacteriological evaluation of petroleum contaminated soils from reloading stations}, URL={http://rcin.org.pl/Content/148708/PDF/POZN271_184097_biotechnologia-1994-no2-olanczuk.pdf}, keywords={biotechnology}, }
