Autopsy examination of 72-year-old patient was performed. Neuropathological evaluation in light microscopy was based on brain paraffin sections stained by H-E and Van Gieson's stain.In the white matter of the left frontal lobe at the border with the striatum, a hemorrhagic focus in the stage of dissection or glial-mesodermal organization with hemolysed blood and macrophages with hemosiderin was observed. A rich network of vessels and a broad shaft of gemistiocytic glium was present. In the border of the hemorrhagic focus, inflammatory symptomatic reaction around the vessels was seen. In the external capsule perivascular micro necrosis, and severe atherosclerotic lesions of vitreous-fibrous type were noticed. In the cortex, cellular defects and features of diseases of chronic and ischemic type were observed.}, title={File of histopathological evaluation of nervous system diseases (1966) - nr 134/66}, type={Text}, URL={http://rcin.org.pl/Content/193423/PDF/134_66.pdf}, keywords={Vascular diseases - hemorrages inveterata}, }
