Within a very short time any number of players may collect huge number of data and stare them in a database. But it doesn't mean that the decision taken upon will result in real and efficient action to gain an advantage against business opponents. Nowadays companies use complex analytical systems which are designed to support the work of managers and leaders with advanced statistical modelling. But without clean, proper data, provided at the right time, they will not be able to gain the knowledge to decide strictly according to the current market field circumstances. This article intends to present how the market player may use advanced technology to completely remove old processes, regardless of their operational quality, in order to fasten information flow between its departments and become a more powerful entity in comparison to its competitors.
