The problem of power balancing is presented and the balancing with different level of information accessibility is discussed. Next the power management system that was giving the context and environment for the multi-agent system of Short time Balancing that is the core of this thesis is described. Description of the subsystems is presented: model of the grid, the long-term planing system, subsystems for energy trading and reliability factor calculators. The simulators of environment for testing purpose are also described. Supply generator introduces a novel usage field for matched-block bootstrap and power consumption generator is an attempt to simulate human behavior.}, title={An Intelligent Distributed System for Flexible Management of Variable Energy Supply and Demand in Microgrids.
