 abstract={In the article the possibilities of using the export system DIANA - 11 to diagnose and construct the company 's organisational structure have been presented. The modern organisational structure enables fast data flow between organisational cel/s and gathering essential knowledge of the 21 st century company 's correct functioning. Diana-I i enables a diagnosis of 64 irregularities which sources are either inside the company or linked with surrounding. The irregularities are diagnosed in context of 9 syndromes, what result in diagnosis accuracy and credibility.},
