Tripyla koreana sp. nov. is characterized by its small size (L = 0.93–1.06 mm), short outer labial (2–3 μm) and cephalic (1 μm) sensillae, large and wedge shaped dorsal tooth, shape of tail which tapers in anterior part, than becomes cylindrical.
