We utilized two mouse lines of divergent levels of stress induced analgesia : HA (high analgesia) and LA (low analgesia). During the study we inoculated both HA and LA mice with B16F0 melanoma cells. We measured melanoma progression , variations in pain levels and the magintude of depression-like behaviour in animals. The result showed , that HA line is prone both to stress induced sickness -behaviour and melanoma inoculation , whie LA line , showing mild response to stress is generally melanoma resistant. In HA line melanoma tumors were developed both in stress and control conditions , but environmental and social stress we factors contributing to faster and enhanced progression of lensions. It is noteworthy , that majority of LA specimen were melanoma resistant and in the mice in which the tumor started developing it regressed spontaneusly. To undrstend the mechanisms responsible for divergent melanioma progression in HA and LA mice we used , among others cytogenetic , molecular , histological and behavioral assays , but no clear evidence indicated the basis of the diferences. We persume that sublte variations in opiod system reactivity , as well as shifts in level of eosinophlils may play a patrial role.}, title={Zróżnicowanie progresji inokulowanego czerniaka u linii myszy o wysokiej i niskiej wrażliwości na stres}, type={Text}, URL={http://rcin.org.pl/Content/58996/PDF/WA697_78692_ZS359_Zroznicowanie-pro-Ra_0000.pdf}, }
