 abstract={Collective action is one of the most important ways of obtaining competitive advantage of an agricultural farm. This is confirmed by the experience of many countries leading in the development of the agricultural sector. Based on the selected example of the village of Babin, the author presents the cooperation of farmers in the scope of the sale of pig livestock, and identifies transformations in terms of the social capital resulting from the forms of team work. Attention is also drawn to the motives and consequences of collective action.},
