 abstract={The article reveals the problems associated with punitive activities of the leadership of the Lokotskaya self-governing district and the S.S. Sturmbrigade RONA in the occupied territories of the RSFSR and Belarus in 1941–1944. The study addresses such important aspects as the fight against Soviet partisans and the underground, the ideological attitudes of Russian collaborators, in particular anti-Semitism and Polonophobia, and also investigates the issue of crimes against the civilian population and collaborators who wished to return to the Soviet side.},
