The aim of the research was to characterize the regeneration efficiency of 14 rapeseed (Brassica napus ssp. oleifera] doubled haploid lines which were supposed to reveal different tissue response under in vitro conditions. The plant material consisted of cotyledonous and hypocotylous explants placed on MS medium with the addition of Img/I and 0,1 mg/1 BAP. Regeneration efficiency evaluation was calculated on the basis of shoot regenerating explants number in relation to the total number of explants.
