Competitive relations were manifested by the occurrence of compensatory changes in the density of the selected groups of oligo- and polyvalent species under different habitat conditions. The density of oligovalent species appeared to depend to a considerable extent on moisture, that of polyvalent species – on the density of the oligovalent species. Among species with similar ecological reactions a tendency was found to avoid occurring together in the same territory.}, type={Text}, title={An analysis of Collembola communities in different pine forest environments}, URL={http://rcin.org.pl/Content/73804/PDF/WA058_86687_P2840-T23_Eko-Pol-A-Nr-2.pdf}, volume={23}, number={2}, journal={Ekologia Polska}, publisher={Polish Scientific Publishers}, keywords={springtails, counting, ecology, fresh pine forest, Collembola}, }
