 abstract={The constriction of the duclus choledochus 50—70 per cent causes in dogs apart from cholestasis a complete picture of hypertension in vena portae. The changes were observed mostly in the 13-th week after the operation. The increase of the portal pressure, development of the abdominal collateral circulation and ascites were the characteristic signs.
