Dogs of the 1st group received low doses of Immuran, usually applied after organ transplan¬tation. In this group Immuran was administred for a 6-month period. Dogs belonging to the 2nd group were administered toxic doses of Immuran, like those used in the period of acute transplant rejection. Following symptoms and lesions were noted in both these groups: loss of body weight, leukopenia, hypalbuminemia, va¬nishing of lymphatic tissue and lesions in parenchymatous organs. One half of dogs of the 1st group survived the experimentation meanwhile all dogs of the second group died. Histological examination reveled that alterations in kidneys and livers due to Immuran administration differed from those found in allotransplants of these organs.}, type={Text}, URL={http://rcin.org.pl/Content/81290/PDF/Zmiany%20biochemiczne.pdf}, }
