Abstract:

Both the blood clotting and fibrinolytic systems were studied during extracorpo¬real perfusion of pig’s liver, performer on a patient suffering from acute liver insufficiency. Following disorders in blood clotting proces were observed: decrease in the count of blood platelets, decrease in serum fibrynogen level, precipitation of fibrinolysis confined to euglobulins.
