Abstract:

Contemporary opinions and technique are presented concerning the storage of organs before homografting procedures. The technique of organs collecting is described, the chemical composition of storage media is given together with the types of drugs-for metabolism inhibition and vaso-constriction prevention. The technique of coding of the collected organs os discussed, the storge methods evaluation of viability of the collected and stored organs and the actual results of storage in experimental conditions are presented.
