Object description:

Bransoleta – Piotrkowice, gm. Czempin, pow. Kościan. ; Do analiz pobrano dwie próbki: CL-57A i CL-57B.

Method of analysis:

Wstępne szlifowanie odbywało się na papierach karborundowych o ziarnistości 220, 320, 400 i 600 na mokro, następnie próbki wypolerowano w zwykły sposób na filcu za pomocą tlenku glinu. Próbki trawiono odczynnikiem składającym się z: 1 cz.25% NH3 + 1 cz.3% H202. Stosowano trawienie przez pocieranie w czasie od 3 do 15 sek.

Results:

Próbka CL - 57A. W stanie nie trawionym zaobserwowano duże i drobne pory. Jedne z nich kształtem przypominają pory odlewnicze, inne zaś mogły powstać na skutek wykruszania się wtrącać niemetalicznych. W stanie trawionym stwierdzono strukturę dendrytyczną materiału lanego. Twardość: 91,6 HV 0,1 ; Próbka CL - 57B. Bransoleta - Piotrkowice pow. Kościan, gm. Czempin. W stanie nie trawionym obserwuje się większą ilość dużych porów niż w przypadku próbki 57A.Przy jednym z brzegów próbki widoczna jest korozja postępująca w głąb materiału. W stanie trawionym stwierdzono strukturę dendrytyczną materiału lanego. Twardość: 102 HV 0,1
