Object description:

Siekierka - Pięczkowo pow. Środa. Do analizy pobrano jedną próbkę: CL-134

Method of analysis:

Wstępne szlifowanie odbywało się na papierach karborundowych o ziarnistości 220, 320, 400 i 600 na mokro, następnie próbki wypolerowano w zwykły sposób na filcu za pomocą tlenku glinu. Próbki trawiono odczynnikiem składającym się z: 1 cz.25% NH3 + 1 cz.3% H202. Stosowano trawienie przez pocieranie w czasie od 3 do 15 sek.

Results:

Próbka CL - 134 - W stanie nietrawionym obserwuje się w znacznym stopniu rozwiniętą korozję. Po wytrawieniu widoczna jest budowa krystaliczna o znacznym ziarnie. Twardość: 227 HV 0,15. Przedmiot wykonano na drodze kucia, prawdopodobnie na gorąco
