Diagnosis: Inclusive myositis Muscle: biceps sinistri. Ultrastructural analysis shows both faded fibers and fibers of the correct diameter as well as fibers during changes indicating their changes in architecture, numerous lipofuscin structures. The morphological image requires electromyographic assessment.
