Abstract:

A 58-year-old patient with suspicion of primary muscle damage and features of inclusionmyopathy was examined. A biopsy of quadriceps sinister was performed.Electron microscopy analysis revealed the presence of small, single inclusions in theindividual muscle fibers. The inclusions were located in different places of the muscle fiber.In some parts of the fibers sarcomere pattern was changed
