Abstrakt:

In the paper basic aspects, both theoretical and practical, of applying expert judgements are discussed. lt is pointed out that this approach can be used to support solving transport development problems under consideration. Paper presents problems of determining a group judgement in the case when expert opinions and a group judgement are given in the form of a preference order.
