Abstract:

Obtaining of infectious clones (as cDNAs or as in vitro — transcribed RNA copies) corresponding to the genomes of RNA viruses has greatly enhanced investigations. The differentstrategies employed to construct infectious clones from plant RNA virus and parameters affectinginfectivity of such clones have been described.
