Abstract:

Electronmicroscopy evaluation revealed focal changes in th e course of myofilaments and their disorganization. In some cardiomyocytes altered cell nuclei were seen and in their vicinity ultrastructurally disorganized sarcomeres and scattered myofilaments were present. In the extracellular space numerous lymphocytes were observed.
