Abstract:

This review summarizes both some properties of the described in literature digestive enzymes of Euphausia superha Dana (Antarctic krill), i.e. of its peptide and glycoside hydrolases, and already proposed orpossible methods of their practical application, for example in laundry and tannery industries, and in medicine (for debridement of necrotic tissues, as digestion promoters and inflamatory factors).
