Abstract:

The paper presents the main practical methods and experimental subjects in the biotechnology of reproduction in farm animals: estrus synchronisation, induction of ovulation in anestrus ewe, increasing of reproductive performance in the ewe, superovulation and embryo transfer, oocyte and embryo preservation, embryo bisection, sex determination, in vitro maturation and fertilization of the oocytes.
