Przeprowadzone doświadczenie polegało na zbadaniu krzyżowych reakcji odpornościowej surowicy przeciw globulinom bydła z globulinami surowicy żubra. W ogólnym schemacie dany układ doświadczenia oparto na metodzie opisanej przez Allisona & Mortona (1953).
