Abstract:

Sustainable development on economic growth requires system approaches on state development. Two important documents were published in Poland over last two years. There is "Poland 2030 Development Challenges Report" issued by Board of Strategic Advisors to the Prime Minister of Poland and "National Foresight Program Poland 2020" issued by consortium chaired by President of the Polish Academy of Sciences. These documents present recommendations on polities and strategies supporting economic, science and social growth. There is several system approaches presented in the paper on long term strategies support as strategies will be deployed upon changing circumstances. System approach increase opportunities on successful strategies implementation then minimize risks associated to not predictable constraints which could appear over next twenty years.
