Date issued/created: Description:The photo depicts a group of people standing next to a horse-drawn carriage. A driver is sitting on the driver’s box. There are two couples in the foreground. The couple on the left - a man and a woman holding a swaddled baby (?); the couple on the right is standing with two small girls dressed in bright dresses and white hats. The remaining people are also festively dressed. In the background there is an orchard and some lush greenery. According to the photo's owner, it depicts leaving for the church on the occasion of baby's (...) baptism. Standing on the right are the photo owner's grandparents - Prakseda and Walenty (...) with their daughters ; The photo sent to the contest named “Photography of the Polish village pre-1948” organized in 1983 by the quarterly “Fotografia” (Photography) and the weekly “Nowa Wieś” (New village).
