Description:

The purpose of the present study was to determine differences in mercury contamination of tissues in roe deer originating from two habitats, forest and agricultural, differing in respect of the amount of mercury fungicides introduced into them. Mercury content was determined in liver, kidney and muscular tissues. Samples were taken from 46 individuals obtained from the forest population and 53 from the field population.
