Abstract:

The article analyzes the results of the negotiations on the multiannual financial framework of the European Union for the period 2014–2020 and their impact on possible directions for the use of EU funds in the light of national proposals for support under the common agricultural policy and cohesion policy. In this context, the article examines the new integrated system for managing EU funds after 2014, as well as the procedures for establishing, and specificity of, the EU budget as a key instrument of European integration for the period 2014–2020.
