Abstract:

The article examines the role of China in Belarus’s foreign policy in the context of its deepening integration with Russia through the Union State. It explores the evolution of Belarus–China relations, especially during 2020–2025, when bilateral cooperation expanded beyond economic ties to include ideological and propaganda aspects. The paper also ana-lyzes the impact of Belarus’s post-election crisis and the war in Ukraine on Minsk’s approach to Beijing, addressing the strategic signifi cance of China within the Minsk–Moscow–Beijing triangle.
