Photography (scan from a slide). Inside of Hindu temple belonging to the shivaic faction. Center is lingam visible in the picture - a symbol represents the god Shiva. Before entering the sacred center of the church there are two figures (Jay and Vijay), and before them, pointing in the direction of the lingam statue of the bull Nandi, and a turtle ... This is the most characteristic elements of the shivaite temples. The temple is situated in a small village in the mountains a few miles from Rishikesh
