Description:

Photography (scan from a slide). Reliefs of eight goddesses, rider on horseback with a sword, and two ascetics with a stick. They stand in the foothills of the Temri hill on which stands the Rajputs Bhatti temple in Jaisalmer. Before them lies a clay vase on a oil lamps and incense sticks. Here meghwals offer sacrifices. Temple is dedicated to the caring goddess of Bhatti Rajputs - .Avad Mata.The priest is ascetic whose origin is rajput. The pilgrims bring sacrifices to goddess. During the divali bloody sacrifices are made here. At the top of a path, and at the beginning are standing the figures of other minor deities
