Photography (scan from a slide). Portrait of few children between the ages of 12 and eight years from the village inhabited by shepherds kachchi rabari. Some of them wear silver necklaces (silver). - A sign of status of engagement. This means that their families have agreed to release their married when they reach the age of majority. Green or gray color of veil on her head means the state of maiden. In the background is an adult married woman in a long black veil (ludi) in a pattern in red dots
