Description:

Photography (scan from a slide). The village of shepherds kachchi rabari with preserved traditional huts (bhunga). Cottage are built on a circular plan with a wooden pin posed in the middle. The walls are made of clay and has thatch roof. Before entering the hut is threshing floor, a place where locals cook, eat and spend time. Cottage is surrounded by a fence built of stone and clay. In the past, the shepherds rabari built their settlements outside the village. In the picture can be seen the buildings near the square in the center of the village
