Description:

Photography (scan from a slide). Fragment of a wedding ceremony kachchi rabari shepherds. In the picture there are elements of the Hindu ceremony - two metal plates (bowls). On the bigger one lie unpacked food. On the smaller - the lamp for the incense, and rice and grain. Next on the left lies woolen bag, in which the priest brought the materials he needed. Set them on the ground right next to the earlier drawn mark. This place will be the center of the wedding ceremony, around which the young couple will four times bypass. This is a very important part of the ceremony
