Description:

Photography (scan from a slide). The shrine in honor of the male deity Vachchada dada night before the ceremonies connected with singing and dancing of shepherds kachchi rabari. In the picture you can see wooden statues depicting a rider on horseback. Before them lying a coconut pieces - sacrifices for the deity. These are the elements belonging to the Hindu folk ceremonial. Before the shrine sits a man with a beard dressed in white and red turban - the master of night ceremony (bhopa). Every day shrine is closed, here the door are open
